How long have you been wanting to do a boudoir/contemporary glamour session and what made you decide now was the time to do one?
About a year. I wanted to surprise my future husband on our wedding day with something he’d never expect. It worked!

She was very professional and her work was amazing!
What was your favorite part out of the entire experience? The planning, the session, the reveal?
The reveal, no doubt about it! Walking in to all those gorgeous images and seeing yourself looking so beautiful and sexy was surreal!

Dang girl! You look hot!
How did shooting this session with Shannon Hemauer change your outlook on yourself? Are you more confident?
Shannon is very professional and she makes you feel great about yourself! I never would’ve imagined my pictures would turn out that great! I recommend every women to do this at least once in their life!
Before this experience, did you feel you were photogenic? If no, do you feel you are photogenic now?
My face sure. My body, not so much–but these photos! Shannon made my body look great with her posing!
Before this experience, what concerns did you have in regards to hiring a photographer?
Just being self-conscious and uncomfortable during the session.

Were you surprised at how much fun you had planning your session, shooting your session, and seeing your images?
Absolutely! I was nervous at first but Shannon is so professional and thorough with every aspect of the process, you can’t help but relax and have fun with it.
