[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Kelli’s Boudoir Session [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Kelli’s husband, Brent, ADORES Kelli. Brent was on a mission to find her a boudoir photographer who he felt could capture the beauty he saw in his wife—it was Brent who did the initial phone consult with me, and it was then that he explained how amazing he felt his wife is, and he expressed how much he loved her. It was really nice to speak to a husband who is still, after years of marriage, smitten with his bride. When I asked Brent why he wanted his wife to do a boudoir session, he made it clear that it was so she could see how beautiful she is, that the session was for HER. Take a moment to read over Kelli’s client interview, and then contact me today to discuss how you want to be photographed. How long have you been wanting to do a boudoir session? Actually my husband introduced me to boudoir about a year ago. What made you decide Shannon Hemauer was the photographer to work with to do your photo shoot? Reviews we found on the Internet. What was your favorite part out of the entire experience? The planning, the session, the image reveal? Getting my makeup done!! Did you leave your photo shoot worried about your hair/makeup (Maybe you thought the makeup was too dark or your hair didn’t look like you.)? Makeup was a lot. When I got home my son asked, ” You sure you got enough makeup on today?” LOL Did you leave your boudoir experience worried that the posing felt awkward? Nope. Shannon explained everything as we went through the poses. What were you more nervous about—the session or the image reveal? Why? The session. I can be a bit of a control freak and this

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Debbie booked her second boudoir session in March 2020, right before the world shut down because of COVID-19—her session had to be rescheduled several times until we were finally able to get her into the studio in June 2021. She, like many of us, gained weight over the course of the year leading up to her session and considered canceling, but she also knew she was in good hands with me and my team. This is my second session and it was just as fun as the first time. I have gained a lot of weight this year and was very tempted to cancel, but I went through with it and am glad that I did. There is something about the way the entire team interacts, both with client and with each other, that puts a person at ease. And when you have 2 or 3 people oohing and aahing over the shots as they are taken, you can’t help but feel AMAZING. And while I still wish I was the weight that I was when I originally scheduled my session, in the final product, I definitely looked sexy. I cannot wait to do it again, hopefully as a couple session next time. –Debbie Below is a snippet of my client interview with Debbie: What were you more nervous about—the session or the image reveal? Why? The reveal. I was afraid that I would look huge in the photographs. What did you think when you saw that first image of yourself? LOVE. How did shooting this boudoir session with Shannon Hemauer change your outlook on yourself? Are you more confident? I still think I am too big, but I think I can be beautiful. Would you consider yourself a women who is very critical of herself in photographs? If yes,

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Kim originally booked a boudoir session with me because she wanted to give her husband of over 11 years a special gift for his 50th birthday present, but, “…as I’m going through the process, I’m learning that this is so much for me as it is for a present for my husband. A way to feel beautiful, sexy, to be confidence.” Below you’ll find my client interview with Kim with several of her images sprinkled throughout. Please take a moment to read over everything, then contact me to schedule a phone consult so we can discuss how you want to be photographed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] How long have you been wanting to do a boudoir session? About a year or two. What made you decide Shannon Hemauer was the photographer to work with to do your photo shoot? I learned about Shannon Hemauer through Facebook. I stalked her website for weeks looking at her fantastic work and all the [women] she had the opportunity to photograph. Her work is absolutely beautiful so I thought, why not at least request some info. Once I did that, her correspondence from the very beginning was so kind and thorough. That’s what made me want to continue talking with her and learning about the process. What was your favorite part out of the entire experience? The planning, the session, the reveal? Up until today I would have said my favorite part of the experience was the session. It was fun, out of the box, different, confident building, chatty, like a girl’s day at the spa… but then today I had my image reveal and literally started to cry the very first second the reveal started. I said to Shannon, ‘Is it normal for people to cry during this part?’ I mean the whole thing… her beautiful work,

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Erin is a recently divorced, 35-year-old momma of two rambunctious boys. When I asked Erin before her boudoir session why she wanted to do one, she said, “I love lingerie! But I have a hard time [seeing myself in it]. I want to do this session because I want to try to get past that feeling and see myself in a whole new light. I want to feel sexy, and have proof that yes, I can wear this or that. Because looking in a mirror I just don’t see it. I critique my shape and my skin and am afraid of what someone else would see. I always used to be super shy as a kid and I do feel like that is still there deep down. I want to break out of that shell. I might do and say some crazy things, but this is the one thing that I just can’t get myself to do. So I want out of my session to have fun, but most of all, to overcome my fear and see myself in a way that I can feel comfortable outside of the session itself.” Below you’ll find my after-session interview with Erin, as well as many of her images sprinkled throughout. Please take a moment to read over the post, and then contact me to discuss how you want to be photographed. How long have you been wanting to do a session? About 2 to 3 years and contemplating with Shannon for the last year and a half. What made you decide Shannon Hemauer was the photographer to work with to do your session? I have been following her and her work long enough that I felt confident and comfortable with her doing my pictures. Her work and her explanations are fully disclosed

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text] NOW OFFERING BOUDOIR SHOWER SCENE “I can’t tell you how much fun I had! When I came in [to the studio], Shannon had music playing and immediately I felt at ease. I really thought I would feel self conscious, but honestly didn’t feel that way at all. Shannon and her team always made me feel beautiful and always had positive comments and suggestions to make me look and feel my best. She even tried a new pose with me when I asked if she’d try it. Shannon gets right down there with you and shows you how to do the pose and is so patient. Her team was wonderful and sweet and I felt right at home. I think every woman should have the chance to do this and feel beautiful. My reveal was yesterday and all I can say is WOW!!! I love, love, love how the pictures came out!!! Thank you Shannon!” –Lori Lori is a momma of two adult children and one golden doodle pup. She is “currently in a relationship with man who has definitely brought out my adventurous side.” “I have been divorced about two years after being married for 25 years. I definitely struggled with self esteem, but I did find after the divorce; it was amazing how much self confidence I found.” -Lori Below is the interview I had with Lori before her session—take a moment to read over her responses, and then contact me to schedule your own session. Tell me a bit about you. Just stepping up and making the decision to separate from my ex-husband was a huge leap. I also had to leave a job that I loved and start over with something full time to support myself and my daughter. Being with John [signifiant other], friends, and
