For almost two years I’ve been asking my clients the same questions after they’ve seen their portraits for the first time–I know many wanna-be clients often are faced with the same concerns/fears/uncertainties that many of my clients faced as well, which is why I think it’s important to share with everyone their comments—and client Deb was no exception!
How long have you been wanting to do a boudoir/contemporary glamour session and what made you decide now was the time to do one? I have though about having boudoir pictures taken for a very long time. I saw pictures a friend had taken by Shannon and they were beautiful. Made my decision!

What made you decide Shannon Hemauer was the photographer to work with to do your boudoir/contemporary glamour session? I love the look of the pictures Shannon takes. I was told she was great to work with and she is!
What was your favorite part out of the entire experience? The planning, the session, the reveal? I enjoyed the whole package of getting my pictures done. I really liked the session part. It was a great experience, make you feel glamorous and special!

What did you think when you saw that first image of yourself? Seeing my first image was like Wow, that’s me!!??
How did shooting this session with Shannon Hemauer change your outlook on yourself? Are you more confident? The session with Shannon made me feel more comfortable and confident about myself and the way I view myself.
Before this experience, did you feel you were photogenic? If no, do you feel you are photogenic now? I did not feel photogenic prior to having these pictures taken. Shannon made me feel at ease while doing the shoot.

Were you surprised at how much fun you had planning your session, shooting your session, and seeing your images? I loved the planning and picking out clothing for the session. It was a great time! I was so excited to see the end results and they were awesome!
Why should other women do a boudoir/contemporary glamour session with Shannon Hemauer Photography? I think any woman who has wanted to do something like this should do so. No matter what size, we are all beautiful and Shannon is sure to bring that out in all of us!
