A Sunset Session
I recently finished editing two bridal boudoir sessions from brides who are both getting married to their sweethearts in August—I am waiting until after each wedding to blog about those sessions because I don’t want either fiancé to have someone spill the beans…UGH. It’s killing me to have to wait to share!
And then I finished a session for a woman who did a boudoir session to surprise her husband as a “just because I love you” gift, and I promised her I’d wait until she’s given him his album before I blog about her session…
So…today I’ll blog about the sunset session I shot with Alisha the Assistant the other weekend.
Warm weather is finally here and I had a chance to shoot a quick sunset session with Alisha the Assistant as my model. Using her corset, the black tulle skirt I made, and adding tulle sleeves to soften the look, I asked Alisha to face away from the setting sun and then bounced the sunlight back onto her to achieve that soft, golden glow.
Hair and makeup done by Makeup by Takari.
I think this is my favorite from the entire sunset session series with Alisha—I’m a big fan of the big, floppy hat.
Look like fun? Well, you’re right, it IS fun. Contact me today to discuss shooting your own sunset contemporary glamour session.
Until next time,
